I've not had to deal with many lawyers in my time (luckily), but I ended up with a very complex payroll tax grouping case involving several family trusts, companies and other entities. The potential liability was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I initially hired another law firm to act on my behalf. They made such a mess of the case that I ended up almost taking them to the Legal Services Commission.

I then engaged PPM Tax and Legal. They were the most professional lawyers I've ever dealt with. Everything was explained in straight forward terms and every promise they made was kept. My case was incredibly complex and Phil and his team had a way of explaining it simply as well as clearly outlining my options.

After three years of back and forth with the OSR, we received notification today that we had won the case in its' entirety.
