Speaking from personal experience for over 4 years, I have no hesitation in writing this review.
Kelly has been managing our Subsidiary and Principal schemes during this time and I have found her to be extremely hard working, reliable, contactable (so important) and personable. The scheme's arrangement is unusually complex and detailed however Kelly manages to make it function for me, as the Chair, in a very smooth and organised way. I really appreciate the dedication you give to your manager roles and responsibilities.

Carissa is knowledgeable and professional as a Strata manager. She has a good knowledge of the relevant rules and legislation. She has been most helpful in dealing with our Strata issues over the past number of years. As home owners and tenants of over 20 years my husband and I have never ever experienced such poor professionalism in a real estate. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we tried countless times to repair the relationship breakdown with zero interest from TCM. Their only tactics were to be stand overs. I hope no one else goes through the stress that my family have undergone!
