Really enjoyed the food here. They had a great menu selection. I had the satay chicken skewers which were nice with plenty of delicious satay sauce. Also had the vermicelli which had prawns, chicken, and pork and was a very generous serving and tastes great.
The service was quick and the restaurant staff are really friendly with special mention of the young gentlemen that was serving and waiting tables who provided absolutely fantastic customer service.
The bar staff were also very friendly giving this first time visitor a very relaxed and pleasant experience after a hard days work.

The motel next door is worth the stay. Very quiet and clean.

Stayed in the motel for 3 nights and decided to come down and try the bistro as the reviews were very high. However was very disappointed.

We ordered 4 dishes including 1 entree and 3 mains. The mangolian Lamb was by far the most disappointing dish. We were served kebab-like meat, it was shredded, extremely chewy and over cooked. We didn’t even finish half of the dish!! Very disappointed.

The honey chicken was fine however you could see the grease and it was mostly just the dough you were eating, and the “special” fried rice didn’t even have 1 prawn in it not to mention the rice tasted very old and extremely dry…

The san cho bow as an entree was the best however the mince inside the lettuce cup was very limited and for what we paid, more mince should have been added to it.

The staff were friendly especially at the bar, they honestly make the place!! Overall, service 4/5 staff 5/5 , but unfortunately the food was 1/5… I won’t be back to eat any time soon…

No complaints at all really, the food is decent especially the Asian cuisines considering it’s coming from a random country club out in a small town. I give the food overall a 7/10 very decent but nothing crazy good.

They have interesting games and trivia’s here, if your looking for a fun night with the family I’d recommend:)

Service was very nice aswell!

We are two couples who stayed at Jimmys Beach Resort found out that Tea Gardens would collect us from there and take us to the club and return for no charge that was the first surprise, The reasaturant was very good and has specials during the week but first time we ordered Chinese and it was exceptional and very good portions enough to take back fo a lunch the next day, Staff very courteous in the restaurant and the bar. We came back a few nights later and explored other delights on the menu , while a couple of us played some Keyno. Well done Tea Gardens Country Club, Will visit again on our next holiday.

It's quite a nice club but the food was disappointing. As it was Wednesday Curry night I tried the 'Garden Curry' which was described as a spicy Malaysian chicken curry. It was served almost immediately, probably from a large pot or Bain-marie. I would describe it as a chicken stew. It didn't taste like a curry and it wasn't at all spicy. The sauce was more like corn flour thickened stock made with salty stock cubes. See photo.
