I called on 20/11/24 to book an appointment, they said they had the referral by email. On 22/11/24 they called me again, which I messed during work. They left a voicemail to call them back, which only turned out to then seeing if I was fine for a student to join my appointment; I was on hold for 22 minutes waiting for them to answer just for this question. They should've just left a message saying that.

I then received a call on 2/12/24 in the morning, which I missed as I was working all day. Their call was to confirm if I was attending (this is the day before the appointment). Because I didn't answer, they cancelled my appointment. I had to wait until work finished and I had a spare 33 minutes to be on their call waiting list to get the appointment reconfirmed.

I then attend the appointment, and they now say they don't have the referral that was sent through on 20/11/24. They call the clinic that sent the referral and they say they've sent it again. The receptionist then turned the screen to me to show me that they hadn't received it, she searched my surname, and the results for every person with that name showed up, so I was also privy to confidential referrals of other clients.

In the end, she said I had to reschedule yet again. The constant back and forth I've had to go through with Territory XRay Services has caused me stress, and has impacted my working schedule. I'm considering waiting a few months until I can get an appointment with IMed instead, just to avoid the incompetency of Territory XRay Service.

Had an appointment today for a blood pressure monitor . The appointment was meant to take twenty minutes.

Arrived today at eight minutes past two for my appointment at two twenty - twelve minutes early .

I didn’t have my referral later ( even tho they saw this when I went in to make the appointment) but they rang my doctors and it was sorted with in five minutes so I thought grate these guys are amazing.

Then I waited twenty minutes and I asked the lady why I had not been seen - she said because I did not have my referral? Confused as it was sorted with in the time as I was early .

I also booked this appointment so I could be back in time to collect my daughter from school .

After waiting fifty minutes a guy came out saying my name in an abrupt manner.. put the blood pressure monitor on my arm then took two minutes - asked me a few questions and sent me on my way .

No explanation on how the monitor worked and no where near the twenty minutes I was told it would take .

This guy didn’t even look at me in the eye once ..

I was left stressed .. unsure what I am meant to do with the monitor on my arm - while trying to get home to my daughter.

Very disappointed in there service..

Unfortunately I have to go back tomorrow to take the monitor back ?

Got a feeling my blood pressure reading will be incorrect due to the stress this appointment caused me ..

I guess to be continued?

The lady who has done my wife’s ultrasound decided she needed an external ultrasound. But doctor recommended her an internal ultrasound. She’s not a doctor to decide whether we need internal or external. This really pissed me off. Very poor service. That lady really needs to find another job.

Disgusted as a remote client travelling to Darwin for an 8:30 appt to be told they won’t accept a nurse practitioner who works remote to authorise the CT scan that I needed. I was turned away and they absolutely refused to do scan. So a 3hr round trip for nothing. Nurse practitioners are permitted to write referrals for CT scans. Never again.

Disgusting customer service from the receptionist with the helix piercing. Too entitled to even serve customers, doesn’t smile, doesn’t talk or explain anything then just glares at you. Absolute energy drainer. Need new staff ASAP!

My ultrasound went great. That lady was so kind and nice. The girl with lots of studs and specs on reception so arrogant. When we finished and i turned on reception for invoice still waiting over 5-7 mins just typing on computer and not even looking up or saying anything since we stand atleast not even that she's seen us and tell us to wait. After now 10 mins she asked us how can i help!! So rude this attitude doesn't work on reception role. Guys please check
