We have been advised by one of our close friend but I was hesitating to change my personal mortgage broker who organized our first home loan in Australia. Now I regret about it, why we have not come to The Thane Group at first place. They are awesome and brilliant. They managed to crack a deal for me which was beyond my imagination. Ultimately I managed to saved at least few thousands of $$$ and expecting more in future. They know their business and work in the best interest of their customer. Quick and easy going. Home service for paper collection. I really didn't realized when we moved our mortgage without any hassles and saved a lot of money. Very poor communication. As a result, I was left with no choice but to cancel the mortgage pre-approval process after waiting for a month with no updates, despite requesting a phone call on 3 occasions.

Update to reply to the company response: hi team, I think you need to review your records as I never declined any meetings, and was waiting for the results of the pre-approval after send through all the requested documents. I think you need to work on your processes as when I called to cancel everything with your company, I was advised Andre had attempted to call, which was also not correct. It's all feeling a bit gaslighty.

Absolutely first class financial services, the owner Mr Thane will go to the ends of the earth to look after you and give you the best advice, even if the advice has no financial benefit to his company, that is a rare quality of honesty these days.

I had a mortgage with a bank and I was being ripped off and treated badly. Mr Thane pulled me out of this bad situation with his knowledge and saved me alot of my hard earned money. Thane Finance has since 2004 looked after me, my family and friends with finance. My superannuation has grown rapidly compared to other funds.
