If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unresponsive business. I first engaged this company on July 18, 2024, for assistance with a matter and other business-related services. Despite paying a retainer into their Trust account as requested, no progress has been made on my case. It is now April 13, 2025, and I have received no meaningful communication or updates.

I’ve sent numerous emails over the past year, all of which have been ignored. I have documented proof of all correspondence and transactions. Out of sheer frustration, I drove from Brisbane to Gold Coast to there office in an attempt to speak to someone in person regarding a refund. Amanda was not in, and I spoke with the receptionist about my situation, who assured me Amanda would return my call. As expected, I never received any follow-up nor refund of my money.

I am extremely disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I have been patient and respectful, but my experience has been nothing short of appalling. I am now in the process of pursuing this matter further and want to strongly caution others: do not use this company unless you are prepared to be ignored and potentially lose your money. I have all the necessary documentation and will ensure others are made aware to prevent them from going through the same ordeal.

The most outstanding law firm you could deal with. The service and communication was amazing. I was advised of every single step of the way from day 1 to end. They handled multiple cases for me concurrently and were able to juggle each step professionally. The case that was handled delivered me a result in a shorter amount of time that was predicted due to their professional approach and swift actions. Which then resulted in an outcome we didn't even expect and exceeded our expectations and prediction. This was the best part of the whole journey!
