I stayed upstairs in an air-conditioned room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean, had a large Android TV and Netflix. A/c worked well and the linen was of high quality. Rated as 3 stars, it was a cut above the 3 star rooms I've stayed in previously.
I was headed further West and requested a later check-out to give the black soil a chance to dry out and extended my stay by 2 hours at no extra charge.
My evening meal was delicious! The staff were both efficient and friendly.
My expectations were exceeded.

Great little pub in town right next to the river.

Food is well priced. Gravy needs tweaking as the flavour is a little off for mushroom gravy. The rest of the meal was fantastic.

Paper plates are a funny way to serve a meal in my opinion. But I can put that behind me.

I’ve been here for 2 months, and have come twice a week for trivia and bingo which are fantastically run. The staff are very friendly and after trying everything on the menu I would recommend the ribs, steak and the Wednesday parmi deal.

first, the woman at the bar didnt know if they had khalua, didnt know if the meals come with chips and ontop of that, the only aussie in the place was the cleaner. the AUSTRALIAN hotel and its not even owned by an Australian, nor does it employ many australians. and the hotel rooms were meh. nothing special

The room and amenities were very clean bed comfy, beer nice and cold and bistro food very good was there with two others and we all enjoyed our stay so thumbs up from.us 👍

We called into the bottle shop to get some takeaways, it looked like a good pub so thought we might go back the next day for Lunch/ Dinner, however the young woman in the bottle shop was so rude and abrupt, we soon changed our mind about going back, she may have been having a bad day, as they say you don't know what people are going through, but we didn't cause what ever was the problem. It's not hard to be nice.

Absolutely 100% plus, perfect beer!! Great tasting and generous size meals, lots of fun, great atmosphere, especially playing musical bingo!

We had dinner on two consecutive nights and the place was packed with tourists and locals. When locals patronise a local pub, it is good and we were not disappointed.||The meals were all under $30 and were huge and very tasty. there is no way that you could ever go away from this pub hungry.||We could not make a complaint about anything at all, even though it was packed it was not a long wait, the food was hot and plenty of it and very tasty.
