Reception was wonderful. As for the lawyer, full of himself. Absolute tosser. Was rude and condescending. Asked if I was employed then when i answered no he cut me off saying they charge $440 an hour. He assumed I didn’t have the money to pay for him. Newsflash, I do have that money he just didn’t bother to give me the time of day. Apparently his name is Lee.

Throughout the process, we struggled with a lack of support and guidance from the firm, especially considering our status as newcomers to the home buying journey. What should have been a supportive and educational experience turned out to be quite the opposite.

A significant concern was the unprofessional conduct we faced during one particular phone call, where frustrations were expressed in raised voices over an action we had missed, yet were unaware of. This encounter added unnecessary stress and left us feeling disrespected.

It is important to note, however, that Charlestown Law Firm may likely be better suited for experienced home buyers who are well-versed in the process and require less hands-on support. While our experience fell short of our expectations as first-time buyers, individuals with prior home buying experience might find the firm's services more aligned with their needs.
