Dr Milinda Salpitikorala is absolute awesome. I have been to fifteen different doctors for this problem alone and none of them could help me with my back pain. Until I seen him, I was in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes. Did everything no he suggested I do and took the medications he prescribed me. Felt better within the week.

Been visiting Esk for a couple of months now. Doctor and nurses are really good, but the new receptionist is really rude, dismissive and shows no signs of customer service. Such a shame that i had to leave a good place because of the receptionist. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and then have a bad day because a stranger decides to be dismissive and rude instead of helping someone in need, I hope the clinic addresses this issue.

Visited the place for the first time on basis of a word of mouth referral.
The experience was great primarily due to diligent, professional and friendly staff
The advice given was duly tailored to my needs Would definitely recommend the place.
The only blemish I could think of was the difficulty in finding parking space about which the practice had no say .

I recently visited this clinic after undergoing surgery on my arm and needed a Medicare referral to see a physiotherapist.
Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of awful. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance. Instead of helping me, they outright refused to provide the referral I needed, leaving me frustrated and without proper care.
The customer service here is appalling. The staff treated me and others in the waiting room with complete disregard, as if our concerns didn't matter. It's clear they have no respect for patients or their needs.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff is unacceptable. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a clinic that actually cares about its patients.
