A daunting process was to even start our will.

After a recommendation from some close friends we decided to speak with Simone Hargreaves from the Estate Planning Centre.

What became very apparent from our initial discussion with Simone was “this woman knows her stuff!”

Simone has made it her lifelong passion to be a very knowledgeable and astute Estate Planner with intricate attention to detail, with only her clients needs and recommendations (that we weren’t even aware of at the time!)

My wife and I recently updated our wills with the help of Simone and the Estate Planning Centre, recommended to us by our financial advisor. Simone was more than helpful and worked with us through our various family assets and how each of these would be treated under the estate. Simone was very knowledgeable and we had several face-to-face meetings as well as exchange of drafts until the documents were finalised. The updated documents included Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardian, and Binding Death Benefit Nominations and Simone conducted a family conference with my children so they were all fully informed regarding the status and provisions and their various responsibilities as Executors, Trustees and Powers of Attorney; I know they all felt this was of great benefit to have direct contact with Simone and to have any of their queries answered. We will undertake a periodic review with Simone to ensure that there have been no material changes of circumstances that need to be addressed, but I feel very comfortable that Simone is fully across all the relevant issues and that we have received very good advice. Simone is very personable and approachable and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to review or update their estate planning.
