The Horizon Group in particular: Tracey Whittaker helped me in my time of need, I had a terminal illness diagnosis in February 2024 and she assisted me in obtaining my Trauma Cover in order for me to pay for the huge out of pocket medical expenses. I was overwhelmed by the diagnosis and Tracey took it upon herself to let me concentrate on my health and she did everything else and in no time I was paid out my cover. Not only did she assist in the above she has also guided my Husband and I with many positive directions and outcomes. She is truly a person of integrity, professionalism which shows through out the company.

The Horizon Group again: Remo Venditti in September 2023 reviewed mine and my Husbands Superannuation and life insurances and guided us to set up our future finances and retirement goals. We were a little overwhelmed however the trust and guidance we received was exceptional and our minds to at ease.

The Horizon Group under the watchful eye of Ivan Cohen have been exceptional and I would recommend their company and professionalism to all.

Incredibly disappointed with the service received since Andrew has left.

We were transferred to Dash Vee and shortly after had a consult. Dash initially appeared to be okay, although him reassuring us in our consult he would not be leaving any time soon was odd. Well after the consult Dash advised he would be in touch with recommendations in the next 2 weeks... well after 2 months of nothing, I reached out AGAIN (after multiple emails with no response). Someone called me immediately via phone to advise that Dash had left the company shortly after we consulted with him (lol) and he had not done a handover of our case and clearly no one else in the company was checking into this as well. This person advised we would be passed onto the director and be contacted ASAP to ready this mistake.

Well!! That was 2 weeks ago now and still heard nothing. At this point, it doesn't matter, we won't be going ahead with anything to do with Horizon. I could not in faith recommend their services at all after the horrible experience we have had this year. What a shame because Andrew was great.
