I initially reached out to this agency online and received an email response. I explained my difficult situation, hoping for guidance and support. They scheduled a meeting with me, only to cancel last minute due to double-booking. They then rescheduled for the following day.

On the day of the rescheduled meeting, I logged in 2-3 minutes early and waited for 15 minutes—yet no one showed up. There was no notice of cancellation or rescheduling, which is highly unprofessional. I set aside my time for this meeting, and the lack of basic courtesy to inform me in advance was disappointing.

I understand that people are busy, but a simple acknowledgment or apology would have been the bare minimum. Instead, I was completely ignored. This made me feel as though my situation wasn’t worth their time. Given their 200+ five-star reviews (which seems questionable), I wouldn’t be surprised if this review disappears.

If you don’t fit their preferred "type" of client, don’t expect any professionalism or respect. Honestly, even giving one star feels generous. I would not recommend this agency.
