I came to Andrew after receiving advice from two reputable lawyers, a conveyancer and a barrister, each advising that I did not have a case, and that it was not in my financial interest to take a developer to court.

Andrew stepped in, thoroughly outlined the law on the issue, identified a solution others had missed, and advised me on the risks involved and the options available to me. He then engaged with a very challenging solicitor acting for the developer and took my case to mediation. The outcome was beyond what I had hoped for, and he saved me a significant sum of money.
