Typical organisation that advertise as wanting to help others but inside secretly only look after the wealthy. I applied for some assistance as legal aid wouldn't help and got a reply soon afterwards. What's the point of having all these so called organisations if you don't look after people who need it most. I bet if someone approached you with money you would call someone a thousand times!

The receptionist is absolutely disgraceful, and needs to work on public relations instead of using some narcissistic objection to questions being asked .
just because they record you and use that as a threat, doesn’t mean that you’ve done anything wrong.
She accused me of being Abusive when all I was doing, was asking questions in a low calm mannered voice and rejected that the answers given, were what I had was asked.
When I accused her of being abusive to return the same objective tone towards me, the response was to hang up.
The Receptionist declined to give an answer to what I had asked and continuously asked questions that made no sense to what I was asking.
Very incompetent way of dealing or trying to help the public.
Try to listen to someone before talking over them, and making your own judgement to what you need to say.

Dear reader,

I have received great services lately and upgraded their rating. The receptionist was fantastic getting through to the right department.

Law Society has fantastic resources for practitioner and the public. It could improve the delivery of its online services and respond quickly to market place changes.

The security staff at the entry front desk could improve his customer service skills by addressing the member of the public with some basic courtesy.

Yours sincerely,

David

Need to do more for their members instead of just collecting membership fees. No one to receive phone calls and no voicemail messages are ever returned.

How long does it take to get a practising certificate? Paid for it 4 months ago and when I asked about a month ago what the status was, they said there was a backlog of processing but i'd have in a few weeks. Really? Its admin for goodness sake. Anyhow, rang again only to go into the black hole of someone's message bank. Slipper and cardigan brigade.

Extremely incompetent doesn't take countability for mistakes I would never recommend. Also got threatened to cancel my contract a day before settlement because I was making them aware that I was extremely unhappy with a service that they had provided.

Really quite rude on the phone. Mumbled and coughed in my ear. Considering I was calling for referral to for an extremely private and sensitive matter, you think they would be a bit nice and polite.
