My Office software stopped working on my MacBook Pro and despite multiple phone calls and emails to Microsoft, the problem was not resolved. Even though it was an issue with Microsoft software, I thought I'd ask Mac Doctor for their input. Dave resolved it quickly for me, saving me lots of time and energy. This has been another very positive experience that I've had with Mac Doctor. I would not hesitate to recommend their friendly and efficient services.

So this is going to be my honest review of this place. You enter in and you are greeted by three awkward chairs and poorly advertised product on the shelf. Aesthetically not the best. The customer service is great. They understood that I had knowledge about what I was talking about and didn't make me feel like I was unaware of what was happening. I was promised a three day arrival of a part and then a two day turn around. I dropped it off on the Monday and was guaranteed a phone call by the Friday. Come Monday next week I received a call that not only was it late but the batter has expanded within the laptop and will take another four days. I patiently waited and didn't cause a scene. When picking up my laptop four days later. I inspected the new parts put in and they seemed to par. I was excited that I may have found a reliable mac service provide. Oh how I was wrong. I now have an AUX port that does not work which is really annoying due the fact that I am coming in to test and assignment week and can no longer afford to be without my laptop.

I plan to take the laptop back and I will follow this review up with the results.

If I could leave a zero star review I would! Appalling customer service from Cameron. I was told both speakers would need to be replaced as one was distorted. After waiting three days for my laptop to be repaired I got home to find it with a completely flat battery. It had a full battery when I left it there for the repairs of my speakers. . I called up the store immediately to enquire whether they had even tested the laptop after the repair to which the staff member just laughed at me. I charged the laptop enough to at least turn it on. The first thing I done after I could turn it on was test the speakers.... they were still distorted at the volume level the "technician" had "tested" it at. I called the store up again to question again whether they had tested the laptop let alone whether they had even replaced the speakers to which Cameron just laughed at me once again. This time he went on a spiel about he is a "great technician" and he has been there for 6 years. They were quite happy to charge me $189.00, return it to me with a flat battery... and then showed no interest in rectifying the distorted speakers from their lack of ability of providing customer service. Absolutely appalling customer service!
