Customer service and staff training on how to address service animals could use some improvement. The two Sunday mornings I have visited have felt very unwelcoming by the same staff member and both for different reasons. The only advantage of this location are the days and hours of operation as they are open on Sundays when most locations are not.

I will continue to visit my regular ups location and not take packages on Sundays to avoid the poor customer service. Also, staff member needs not to assume all animals entering are pets. I could have made today a bigger deal and spoken to the police officer who was already outside the parking lot who saw me go into UPS with the packages in hand and filed a report. There is no need to make assumptions and always treat people with kindness and feel welcome.

I hope staff receives proper training on how to approach and treat customers when they encounter those customers.

I had never had any issues with customer service at this place until I was attended by a guy with long, unkempt hair (I don't know his name) and he was extremely rude telling me that I couldn't receive my package because I was with my dog and they don't allow dogs anywhere in the mall or the store... (which is completely false because it wasn't the first time I had been to that place with my service animal) ... He was so insistently rude that another customer kindly took my dog while I dropped off the package and left the store. Honestly, I believe it's not what you say but how you say it. This guy urgently needs customer service training, he doesn't know why my pet is a service animal. He knows absolutely nothing, and although he should "follow the rules" I think he could have been less rude, and also understand that every rule has its exception. Very bad overall.
