I have contacted the ACCC regarding with my rights, I've talked with their customer service personnel. He explained me that what you have done to me was intimidating, it is an offence that you held my document (Certificate of Title)because you wanted more money though you already received my $3,748.00 . I was advised that I can get a free legal help and fair trading.
There's no agreement of cost in writing since we started to do my mum's Will dated 10th May 2018 and everytime I asked you about it you just said that you would look after me.
I and Lloyd Bakes had our last appointment was on 16th November 2018, Friday at 11:30 am with you Mr. Tony. This was the day that I asked you the owing amount and you said only $3,000.00 plus the cheque which is $748.00 that already paid.
I want a proof of evidence that you were really given me the quote about the cost of your service including the emails, appointment fees and letters on the day that you started to do the Will. And also the price cost and the document of my mum's Will.
I noticed from the invoice you sent to me that there are charges which is not supposedly meant to be charged. I think you overcharged me for the cost.
The remaining balance $2,584.58 on account invoice should be waived and credit off. And if it will not resolve I will take it further to Supreme Court.
The total amount of $3,748.00 which I already paid was covered enough for your works.

I also have been ripped off by tony brandt to all people be carefull using this firm as they are only interested in your wallet and not your case .
