I like to compliment the Mitsubishi car service centre team members for their professionalism and courtesy at all times that I had a concern and problem with my Mitsubishi Outlander. The head technician and front office administration team members where all excellent in the service that they provided me. They listened and nothing was to much for them. The support that they each gave is a testimony to your customer service satisfaction and guarantee. Our 2020 Corolla Hybrid had a warning message “Grille Shutter malfunction”. I couldn’t open the bonnet. As my wife and I had planned to travel to Beechworth to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary I phoned Thomas Bros to see if a mechanic could help. I spoke to Tracey who told me to come down “but there may be a little wait as we are short today”. I waited about 10 minutes and a mechanic called Jye offered to help me. He very quickly identified the problem which was caused by my wife parking in the middle of a bush with some impact damage to the grille and bumper. Jye showed me how to open the bonnet by putting pressure on the back side of the bonnet then removed the pouch button cover, oiled the bonnet cable mechanism which was slightly off centre, removed piece of broken grill and closed the shutter by pressing it down and finally undertaking a diagnostic test. The whole exercise took about 10 minutes. Brilliant service. Thanks Tracey and Jye.

The customer service of Thomas Bros in IMHO is first class. My wife and I were travelling through Wagga Wagga when a noise was evident in the front wheel of our Landcruiser Sahara. Called in at Thomas Bros on the off chance they maybe able assess the problem. They checked the vehicle within 30 mins of arrival and diagnosed loose wheel nuts most likely from the previous service. This issue may have caused an accident on the way home to Victoria as our rig is about 6.5 tonne with caravan in tow. So we are very grateful to Thomas Bros. The staff were excellent.

Absolutely the worst experience you could have, several times ive had my car towed. told there is nothing wrong but now getting a new motor nearly half a year without my business car wont even give me money back car was only 8 months old when it went in, Happy to sell you a car but no back up service. Most discusting experience i have ever had

Took my car to Thomas Bros Wagga and mentioned a fly in the dashcam mirror. No mention of any cost over the phone. After the service, they added a $180 charge for removing a fly from the rain sensor box – without asking or informing me.

Completely unethical and overpriced. No transparency, poor communication.

Quoted an extra $381 than most other qualified mechanics in town to do the exact same thing, also when did not washing a vehicle after a service become a thing? I swear Thomas bros is getting worse and worse with quality and reliability

Could not have asked for a better experience. Our Toyota 200 series threw a fault code as we were driving through Wagga Wagga with our caravan in tow. I rang them to ask if they could help, they told us to come straight in and one of their technicians was able to scan the car and let us know the fault.
With the faults cleared and the problem fixed we are now back on our way.
Thanks again for being helpful and accommodating to us. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with.
