I have used Thompson Mcnichol twice now for property purchased in Brisbane. Both times they have been absolutely fantastic. Previously had Jasmin and most recently Bre. Both are highly professional, respond to emails quickly and will call if anything is missed regarding deadlines for settlement. Can’t thank them both enough for the previous experiences. Recently I needed to sign some papers at m by medical staff to limit my walking for 6 weeks to ensure that the bone would heal correctly. My cousin Graham had driven me to the Solicitors and he walked up the stairs to the office and requested that the paperwork be taken down to the car park where I was sitting. Paul McHugh is a disgrace to the legal profession. He was my fathers lawyer dod 12/7/2016 where he oversaw and assisted fraud and forgery concerning my mother and myself. He is currently my mothers lawyer and Helen is 89 with dementia in care at Arcare Perigian Springs , Qld where the financial and emotional abuse of her continues. I have refrained from publishing till now as i just won a case in the Brisbane District Court ( BD 1196/20 ) before District Court Judge K. Barlow QC on 23/9/2021 where the Judge was scathing of events which Paul McHugh has assisted in , now since 2015. I have a Bachelor of Business degree so i am well aware of defamation laws so will curtail my review here as these matters return to the Courts.
