Had to pick up a document, nice and easy, took a lift to 23 level and then went towards a glass door

These guys are way in over their heads. They've recently been instructed by Westpac to handle settlements and are drowning. The incommunicado between Westpac and themselves is non existent. Unbelievably poor service. I feel bad for the staff. The partners need to wake the hell up and look at how their business is being run.
