Very very rude the new young girl on reception is arrogant.. mouthy and lacks compassion. I've been here since I was 19 I'm now 37.. knew she was full of it when she talked me into a $60 harness promised it would last his entire life.. hes just turned 1, and boom DOES NOT FIT! your so full of rubbish . I'm leaving to go to alice st vet... spent a lil over $500 on both my dogs in what 8 days! For one to still be really sick .. i asked about a payment plan today? as even they expressed no we need to see him .. got treated like dirt. So they were gonna leave him really sick.. were in tuff times! . Funny they took my chihuahua, as after the cat scratch he was reverse coughing.. seems like cat scratch fever to be frank. The issues i have now are definitely linked to both my dogs getting their eye scratched by a feral were treated for that.
The cat i cant catch. Its off head! This reverse coughing is linked to these damn cat scratches. Anyway she couldnt even see his throat when i came back for flu like symptoms.. this is for the chihuahua she assumed... dished out meds not even knowing the root cause. the frenchie has same issue now .. keep in mind he was scratchrd a few days later..chihuahua has fully recovered althought i did have to go back for more of the meds as it wasnt even enough ! not the frenchie tho.. Im not bringing him in , just to be exploited some more! When i brought my other dog in for same thing.. i got oh he won't let me see his throat and more assuming. NO XRAY! I can't even made this stuff up . Like i said.. I had already been over a cat scratch $300 for some eye drops and a few anti inflammatorys .. cat then got my other dog i treated him with same medication hes fine now. 3 seprate visits and im just outta funds. No the frenchie is still sick! And yous know it! I could of done this last round for my frenchies flu like fever symptoms today in 2 separate payments.. my frenchie needs antibiotics and anti histamines.. left to rot! I could of made 1 payment today and the rest next week! they are greedy! I am DISGUSTED! These ppl I dunno how they sleep at night and the curly haired vet lady .. same attitude and ruff as hell with the animals . The man vet is beautiful and kind. Good riddance to yas! I'd give zero stars if I could . Do not go here . Glad to see the back end of yiz! Had a friend left to go to Alice st to.. so I'm definitely not alone. Do better!

I can’t thank Dr Rossi enough for the care he showed my cat Luna and I during the most difficult vet visit I’ve ever had. The empathy he showed made me comfortable to make a tough decision and he reassured me when I needed reassurance. I will always see Dr Rossi and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for what you do.

Wonderful place; kind, gentle and efficient staff. I presented them with a very difficult and uncooperative patient today and they took her tantrums in their stride. --- Not sure the cat wants to go back any time soon but I have no problem with as many return visits as she needs. (Have enclosed a photo of Tsareena, after she got home and calmed down.)

We are very pleased with Raelene's treatment today of our very sick 14.5 year old Cavoodle. Raelene was wonderfully thorough and gentle. She also has a great and droll sense of humour.
