I recently engaged Tisher Liner FC Law after being made redundant. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, effective and the results were way better than anticipated. Initially they suggested a potential reasonable outcome for my claim, and they achieved substantially more than even they initially suggested. They did such an incredible job with writing letters that they achieved outstanding outcomes without the matter needing to go to court. I cannot recommend them more highly. They achieved an outstanding result for me and not only was I compensated well financially with the outcome, but it also importantly provided me with a great sense of justice being achieved, which has allowed me to put an unpleasant experience behind me. i phoned with a request for help on a legal matter early last friday

i was told i had to submit my query re email which i did thinking i would receive a reply the same day

the matter was of an urgent nature , to me anyway, that i needed help with on the same day , not an unreasonable request of any professional firm where the urgent circumstances were set out in my email
i now believe that each incoming email is given a number and emails are read and considered based on this numerical order , something more kin to a retail store or the like certainly not a large professional legal firm

i pursued the matter by phone and was told it would be likely that it would be some days before i received a reply

because of my phone calls i was told late today that they would not accept my matter

i was never told that after submitting original email there would be a delay of a number of days before i received a reply or i would not have lodged my email in the first case

overall i had the total impression that matters being referred to
this legal firm were not important at all

i would not recommend others to use this firm based on my experience

My experiences with them over several years, in both personal and business contexts, have consistently highlighted a concerning pattern of conduct that I consider shockingly unethical, entirely self-serving, and undermining. Numerous conflicts of interest have arisen without transparency, raising damning concerns and prompting formal complaints to institutional bodies regarding their professional integrity.

Recently, a major cybersecurity breach exposed highly sensitive information related to clients, staff, and business operations. An incident that underscores a troubling lack of accountability. Despite repeatedly addressing these serious issues with the firm, Tisher Liner’s promises to correct their practices have been hollow and consistently ignored. In my experience, they have failed to prioritise the needs or rights of their clients, making it clear where their true interests lie.

I would strongly advise against engaging with this firm and urge others to thoroughly research their options before committing.

After a TLFC Partner reached out for mandates late in 2023 we provided 3 diverse assignments managed by three different partners. All were so badly manged we wrote a negative review four months later noting the most efficient and professional part of TLFC was their Accounts Receivable department.
After two of the three partners apologised we withdrew our original assessment...shouldn't have bothered.
At huge and ineffective expense all mandates have thankfully been moved elsewhere last week for completion. Great to be dealing with proactive client-focussed professionals again.
