Despite retaining Titanium for next day service they failed to do so after 9 days. They never contacted me. I had to contact them and received unacceptable excuses regarding their failure to do so. Very unprofessional. They have possibly cost me my case. Best case I am now having visit the courthouse several times regarding this matter. I cannot stress enough that you find another server

I Have been waiting since mid October for a response back and apology of why it was necessary to send a women wearing sports bra, booty shorts and branded gun on her hip to my home to serve me with paperwork for a minimal medical bill. The Chief Operator Vince supposedly handled this issue. I have never gotten any response back on matter as well as when I called today to check back a very rude employee name Christine answers and snapped at me that this issue was handled a long time ago and why was I calling about it? Your Service is Sucks and You are Very Unprofessional and Threatening to public for no reason !!!

I have used them twice for serving legal papers and both times they were quick and accurate with serving the defendant and they don't charge ridiculously high prices for serving someone and both times it was 60 plus miles away they served someone for me. Sounds like the one person complaining on this company was the defendant who got served and he didn't like getting served . They can serve anyone 14 years and older who lives in the same home as a defendant. That's the Oregon law.
