From initial contact their natural warmth shone bright. All interactions and communications, via phone or email, were also punctual, professional, collaborative and concise.

When time to sign documents arrived, I was met by Ferdinand the adorable mini black schnauzer, which set the tone of a comfortable and relaxed team. There had been a single typo in the final draft copy, yet before I mentioned what it was, they’d already identified it and fixed it.
