Not Recommended - Daniel the owner supplied and installed an upmarket Pacific inbuilt wood heater. I politely contacted them after the first winter season usage regarding the flue not drawing properly when in use and then letting cold air blow down and into the house via the flue on windy days when not in use. He identified over the phone the problem as the flue being too short and committed to sending back the installer. I never heard back; so I followed up again this winter; however he changed his tact, never visited to inspect, said the installed had left and proceeded to tell me that the problem was due to my house location and that it's an unique environmental problem and would have to be rectified at my cost.. This is not a plausible explanation, a breach of trust and has left me with a smokey drafty heater not fit for purpose.

Friendly helpful service for all things to do with wood-burning fireplaces and accessories and other gear such as trailers. Bill and Terry offer good advice and a range of after-sales services such as chimney cleaning and checking. Firewood available by the bag or trailer-load. Easy to park.
