Bad organisation/scheduling. I was there to take a drug test for my employer. After 1 hour of wait time the Dr./Nurse sent me away, because it was 11:43 am, and drug tests would only be done until 11:30am. Honestly, I was there early enough. If people show up in time either they should be treated, even if it is past the time limit, or they should be allowed to bypass the qeue.

A massive special thank you to the combined expertise of all staff here!!
10 months ago I presented after feeling faint one morning, put on fluids straight away and after the Dr (with a southern African accent) did his check decided to keep me in.
The overnight nurse noticed bruising on my legs so had the Dr back first thing in the morning to which he raised the alarm for further testing and did not stop working until the RFDS and transfer to airport was booked for me.
2 days later I got a diagnosis at Royal Perth for a rare form of Leukemia which has a life expectancy of 7 days if untreated.
Without the knowledge and effort of the medics here I could have had a very different outcome, but am now cured.
Each individual involved deserves the recognition of their hard work and raising concerns! All whilst keeping me comfortable and oblivious to anything major going on behind the scenes.

This place was horrible especially the customer service, the nurse who attended us was rude from the start, she cut me off mid sentence and didn’t even listen or bother to care about what I was saying and it was an emergency what I needed, she spoke to us rudely and said she said they didn’t have any of the basic medicine in the hospital when I know for a fact they do. If I could rate a 0/5 I would. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Looked after very well by all the staff when I visited at 10pm last night. Food poisoning issues and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable. Great nurses, friendly doctor.

Had to go here when I was dehydrated after Karajini at 41C. The nurses and doctor were lovely and very attentive. Had me feeling better in no time.
