Following the Bank offering me a payout, Tom was recommended to me by my then Accountant. From the first meeting, Tom and his staff were easy to talk with and explained things in easy to understand language. At one stage my wife wasn't fully understanding what was happening, Tom then stopped and outlined everything in steps she could understand. Since that early days challenge we have both been happy with the service provided by both Tom and Sophie. With Tom being a busy young fella, my main dealing have been with Sophie who has handled the situation well and rectified any query satisfactorily.
With Tom monitoring the ebbs and flows of the market I have been happy with his decisions and adjustments to the situation when and if required. I believe the secret is to keep each other informed on what is happening, especially when Centrelink send you a request that needs to be actioned. I find if you send Tom and Sophie a copy of what you have submitted it allows them to fully understand what has happened even though they could probably download a copy from the MyGov account. Communication is a two way street and if everybody knows or is informed of the matter everyone is happy.
I look forward to catching up for the annual review but the secret is to keep abreast of what is happening at least monthly so you can seek advice or action if you are not comfortable where it is heading.
Overall extremely happy with Tom and his team and the service provided. If you can't get hold of them first up leave a message and your call will be returned and actioned.
