Partner needed help with advice filing out some documents correctly.
No help at all and kept saying conflict of interest - but would not advise why it was a conflict?
Got palmed to the cairns or mackay branch. Theres no help for men

Supposed to be an advisory service however hides under the excuse of "conflict of interest" How is this possible when they are only an advisory service, not a legal representative that can only act for one person
