Rachel has been absolutely amazing to work with her communication is clear, fast, and responsive, both before and during my holiday to Italy. Have recently returned from a 7 week European trip across several countries organised for my family by DARCY GREALY from Travel Ass Belconnen. This involved the organising of planes, trains and a River Cruise on a Travel Marvel ship. There were 9 family members arriving in different countries and also at different times. Darcy sorted out the logistics of this with a calm manner even though things were changed at last minute. Couldn't ask for a better planner. Not one glitch.
