Like fair dinks, I’ve had a lot of good Aussie steaks over the years but whatever Trevor and the farmers are bringing their cattle up on and the lands they live on, is next level. The flavour, tenderness, consistency and the way it delivers on the palette is fricken mind blowing. That T-Bee and rump reiterates the pleasures of being a carnivore. Support your local butcher and blow off the duopoly of the supermarkets because the only thing Woolies and Coles are butchering is small business genuine, and skilled butchers such as Trevor and the gang.

Was there a couple months back for a holiday. Hooked me up everything for a 5 star brekky. Knocked a couple of dollars off because I was short. Headed back on Thursday for a golf trip with the boys and you can bet I'll be going back to pick up some steaks for the post game dinner.

Exactly the type of butcher you want, had our dry aged rumps cut to order in front of us and they were absolutely beautiful to cook. The service and Trevor Meads is world class. The biltong is absolutely to die for and we pick some up every time we’re in the area. If you want a high quality old fashioned butcher, this is the place to go.

Got to hand it to Trevor Mead quality meats. Outstanding on quality and price.
Bought a couple of prime fillets for the long weekend, so tender and tasty. They were thick so employed the reverse sear cooking method which will be my go to in future.
Thanks to the team for providing frendly service and top class products. Hard to beat.

Best steak in Byron without doubt. Exceptional T-Bones and Eye Fillet every time. Quality never an issue with these good blokes. You pay for it, but no problem with that when it’s A1 outstanding.

Went in to get some beef for tacos. The butcher recommended hanger steak over my choice and he was right. Meat was delicious and fresh. Cooking instructions were bang on and we picked up a couple local hot sauces too. Highly recommend over any supermarket.
