I give my Dr Nora Duffield 5 stars 🌟 for her knowledge and caring nature. Very professional and always makes my life alot better knowing she is there. I have been going to Trinity Beach practice for 15yrs now and the staff were always very helpful and friendly but lately in the past couple of years since Nicky left they are rude and abrupt with not alot of help. I give my review on my doctor not on the quality of service at the front desk.

I recently had a terrible experience with a doctor who gave me questionable medical advice. Not only was the advice easily found on Google, but I also had to pay for a service that I did not receive. This doctor's lack of professionalism and knowledge has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I visited this doctor seeking a medical certificate, as I was dealing with a minor illness. However, instead of providing me with the necessary documentation, the doctor proceeded to give me advice that I could have easily found on the internet. I was shocked and disappointed that a "qualified medical professional" would provide such basic and unhelpful information.

What was even more concerning was the fact that I had to pay for this 'service'. It is unacceptable that I was charged for a consultation that did not meet my needs. I believe that as a paying customer, I should receive quality and accurate medical advice from a qualified doctor.

I would like to mention that all reception staff were extremely kind and generous. It is unfortunate that those kind people have to work with that arrogant "doctor"

Dr Claire had been treating my elderly mother Diana for a fair while. I live interstate and my mother has now relocated to us. I really appreciate the wonderful, thorough care Claire provided my mother. We won’t forget it!

4.5 - Dr Claire Etheridge is an incredible doctor and has made my experiences now with the practice incredibly efficient, reassuring, clear and positive. The receptionists have always been incredibly friendly and helpful to me over the phone and in person, and are always accommodating.
I have had generally very supportive treatment but some difficult interactions with different people within the practice over the past years- for example 3 appts to finally get a referral written and printed by a GP - a male manager changing my doctor in a pre-booked appt without consent, claimed he has no access to my medical files over the phone yet it's possible to hear how he talked about patients sitting in the waiting room, he even went so far as to encourage cancelling appointments that I had waited weeks for with incredibly important health concerns. He had refused a choice my then GP had made with me re my personal health(I feel he breached confidentiality there), and had been dismissive in communication. There have been some concerns with dismissal, invalidation, and bias on occasion(everyone has bad days or mistakes though), but in majority the Kewarra Beach and Trinity Beach Practice is filled with genuine professionals that have been very helpful, and bulk-billing my appointments when needed.
Dr Claire Etheridge has demonstrated proficiency & efficiency, provided a safe medical environment, an open ear to personal concerns/experiences, transparency and comprehensive communication, and is clearly incredibly passionate, empathic, genuine and empowering in her work. She is a testament to perfect doctor-patient experience.

Dr Elicia Tyerman is a fantastic GP, she takes her time with you, is incredibly approachable and friendly and comes with a plan of attack: eg, first we try X and then Y if this does not work. Highly recommend if you're lucky enough for the practice to accept new patients.
