If I could give zero stars I would... I used trinity's laws service to purchase a property in November 2022, during this process they guided me to a questioner on the ACT Revenue Office website to see if I was eligible for a stamp duty concession. the result came back that I was they applied the code I was given, but Trinity Law never explained that even though I received a concession code the ACT Revenue will still review my eligibility and could send me a demand for payment plus penalty fees and interest for some $22,000 payable in 28 days. So 12 months later I received an email from the ACT Revenue that I was never entitled to this and was given 3 weeks to pay back in full plus interest and penalties or they would send debt collectors. I have approached Trinity via my advocate for compensation, but they refuse to help me. I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I don't know if they're going through staffing issues at the moment but I put an online enquiry through and hadn't heard back after 3 days so I called them and was told a team member would call me back. That was over a week ago.
