The receptionist is very friendly, he helped me with the luggage. Room is comfortable and clean, they have a big front yard with beautiful view. The location is not far from town but enough to be quiet at night, they also have electric gate for security. You could have breakfast buffet with the discount price 15$.

Run! Waited 20 minutes at reception for service. Two very young children sitting in office playing games on the office computer. Looks like they are up and coming artists as the walls and furnitures have all been drawn on. Restaurant closed and looked like it is now the children play room. Our room was interconnecting with a bathroom in between the rooms. The rooms have not seen a handy man in years. The taps hanging off in the bathroom. Mould on bedroom roof. Smoke alarm taped up. Terrible smell. But new towels which had not been washed.
The night life interesting as we had people coming and going all night.
Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The shower was cold no matter the time of day, and the water pressure was terrible. Not the greatest thing to deal with after being in the dust all day and it's freezing cold outside and if you brave it I highly suggest you wear thongs or something on your feet to protect yourself from fungi or worse.
The room was old and dirty. No one came to tidy during the stay. The locks on the doors were pathetic, so no feeling safe while you to sleep. You're basically camping without the things that make camping nice to do.

Paid $220 for a double room was desperate and have to say room wasn't even worth $50. Full of spiders, cockroaches and cob webs. Webs dangling down from the dirty fans, stained towels with cockroaches on them webs and spiders on every corner with spiders including in the shower tub was filthy black and drain full of hair and plem.
Walls and doors all black with dirt and grime. But receptionist was nice unfortunately has lazy cleaners

Do not stay here. The worst experience ever. Filthy bedding, towels, showers, walls, dirty used personal items left behind by previous guests, can't lock doors. Other intoxicated guests were trying to enter rooms in the middle of the night, knocking on windows and trying to open doors. Checked out a night early. Tried to contact them to arrange a refund or at least the night we didn't stay and it is impossible to get a hold of them. Phone disconnected, social media pages inactive, website closed down etc, but still taking bookings on all major booking sites!!!

Dirty. fridge not working, the one sink in en-suite was sized extra small. |No crockery, no tea bags, milk or coffee|No tea towel Soap , shampoo & large towel provided. |Door to back balcony could not be locked. |Ceiling fan & A/C were working. Remote needed batteries. |Fire hydrant on front balcony dripped all night. |Everything needs repair or replacing. |Manager was friendly but doesn’t make up for poor infrastructure

Spent $158 for a double bed room. And I can safely say that it wasn't worth $158.

To start, the room full of bugs, mosquitoes etc. aircon is not cleaned. Bed has bugs in it. No coffee no milk or even a bottle of water.

Staff are friendly enough though
