DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR!!
He is disorganised, lacks communication.
Try calling him 10 times a day and does not pick up or reply to emails. You have to walk to his office and find you name in a manila folder like the 70s.
The banks emailed him many times and our clients settlement fell through and delayed.
He doesn't communicate to you at all.

Do not recommend, please save your money. This solicitor is disorganised, unprofessional and lacks communication. It is almost impossible to reach him and he does not tell/update you on anything! My first settlement fell through because he did not have my ato clearance certificate ready. It takes up to 28days for it to process yet only asked me for my tfn 3 days before settlement. Not only was he disorganised, I had to find out that the settlement fell through from my agent who found out from the purchaser. The second settlement fell through too. I had raised the issue that I’ve changed my name in the last year, however, it was only the day of the second settlement that he realised he needed some documents signed. Because of this, the purchaser needed to go back to the bank to change something. I only found this out after calling him more than 10 times while anxiously waiting as many hours had passed after settlement was supposed to happened even though I specifically asked that he let me know how it goes. These are just some of the many complaints that I had with his service. Please save your money and time.

I had very bad experience with this solicitor office, now even I don't want give them one star, because when I sale my property in merry lands he had so many mistakes and often contact me after 8pm, very bad communications low knowledge I will never use them again and no recommend to anyone!!!!
