Turner Freeman Lawyers Penrith have represented me in two difficult separate situations over almost 10years. The first being a motor vehicle accident claim where as a cyclist hit by a car, I spent a year managing my claim myself against a major big name Insurance company and was getting nowhere. The second was following a medical disability where I needed to get insurance approvals and early access to my superannuation.
In both cases I was fortunate to be represented by Gerard Morson. Right from the start, Gerard was supportive, clear and transparent about the process and that my claims were genuine. Similarly clear, transparent and fair, was the Turner Freeman client services agreement I was provided with at the beginning of each engagement. I had compared the agreement to those of 3 other firms before making the decision to move ahead with Turner Freeman with the first engagement.
Gerard and Turner Freeman Penrith looked after my needs and interests professionally and personaly. I could not have reached the positive legal outcomes myself. The insurance and superannuation processes are overly complicated, appear to be designed to frustrate and require specialist knowlege, time and persistence.
