I am familiar with the processes of how personal injury claims run with experience in the industry but when it comes to having your own claim it is a completely different experience. I made contact with Darren when I was at an extremely vulnerable time after having lost both my full time job and then my casual job (I was working two jobs at once) as a result of my injury that I sustained during my casual job, I had no where else to turn or no way forward, I was stuck in this hole with no direction and no clue how to come out the other side. Struggling with coming to terms of the ongoing physical restrictions I had due to my injury, the impact it had on me psychologically and as a result the injury itself, it absolutely changed my life and I often wondered how on earth was I able to keep doing my hobbies and the things that I enjoyed and continue on and not feel like just giving up, following my injury everything was so restricted and I really struggled to come to terms with this but Darren was able to support me and provide advice on moving forward and coming to terms with the injury and getting the best outcome possible for my claim.

No matter the question, no matter the time I needed, Darren always responded in a timely manner and provided me with his fullest attention. His approach to his work and to his clients is impeccable and I believe that he truly is remarkable and puts his client's best interests at heart.
