This firm is terrible. Do not use them under any circumstances. Toni did not listen to us, did not test the witnesses, told US to deliver a subpoena, did not use any of our evidences in a criminal hearing which resulted in a guilty verdict for something we did not do. Toni told us “ I’ll do this MY way”. Clearly “his way” is rubbish. He seems like a beginner. (Think: Dennis Denuto from The Castle). And at sentencing, he became snakey and told us “look, do youse wanna do this yourself?” We probably should have - we’d have gotten a better result. And his substandard “professional” help cost us in excess of $12,000. We could never get in contact with him, he was always “in a meeting”. One of the few phone conversations we managed to have with him, we could hear him URINATING while speaking to us. He gave very little time or effort to our case. He even asked my husband in the hearing: “what else do you want me to say?”
(And yes, I have the hearing recording in my possession). WE WERE PAYING YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO. This “solicitor” has now delivered a criminal record to my husband who, at 61 years old, has never been in a court, had a record, been involved with the law - nothing.

Just saw the response back to my complaint - please don’t lie in regards to the incompetency for your staff and the lack of responsiveness from even your owners! I have proof for the repeated lies and attempts at making my queries feel irrelevant. I would’ve have lost $2000+ had I not questioned the costs and payments repeatedly! I was constantly told everything was done by the agencies was correctly, when the paperwork submitted by your staff was not correct!
I still am awaiting the refund the I’m rightfully entitled to for your lack of service and lack of expertise!
I would give your company a negative rating if I had the ability!

Mark was not at all responsive to questions. He failed to warn me about the replacement clauses the builder had amended to the contract that would require variations to be paid when ever they wanted them to be. And that they could decide to add variations without my agreement. Very poor service and not at all cheap. Do not use them.
