I used UGA services for more than 6 years and I must admit the fact they are very responsive, and their customer service is great. And also, in the beginning, their fee was very reasonable. However, the free grew quickly to 500$ for me and my wife! Also, in some cases, I noticed that they did not pay attention to the details as expected. Last year, against my expectations, I received a lot less tax return and after I checked everything, I noticed one of the biggest numbers and impossibly ignorable cost was missed. When I contacted them, they quickly accepted the mistake and kindly amended the tax return. However, made two annoying and unprofessional comments. First, they asked, “why didn’t you check before signing the documents”. The simple answer is that if I wanted to check all the numbers every time, what is the point of paying you guys 500$!. Second, they said usually I must pay a fee for the amendments, but they waived the cost for this occasion!!! Seriously?!! When you do not deliver what you are paid for, you must fix it without a cost and do an extra favour/discount for the next service. These two comments after the unprofessional mistake made me decide to change my accountant avoiding doing their job for them.

Sometimes when you hear Accountant you think of them as boring and unapproachable. Not Zoe at United Accountants Group!! She is Amazing, she has and is making the world of taxes and financial documents and money stuff (see I really need her) manageable. The office space is beautiful and the rates are very fair. I’ve decided that Zoe is my forever accountant but I hear all the accountants at UAG are just as good.
