I would strongly advise against using United Legal, especially Noman farooq and his team. I’ve been dealing with them for over two years, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. Despite numerous attempts to contact my lawyer, Noman farooq, I was continuously ignored. At one point, he took me all the way to Canberra just to tell me that he would look into my claims himself—only for him to disappear and not respond to me for an entire year.
To make matters worse, they submitted my claim twice to the wrong insurer, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. When I finally reached out again after all that time, I was told, "our relationship is broken." Every time something went wrong, he would just blame someone else, saying, "I fired the person who made the mistake." No accountability, no transparency, and absolutely no credibility in his work. The constant runaround and lack of professionalism have caused me so much stress, and I’ve ultimately lost two precious years chasing answers.
If you want a lawyer who will actually care about your case and follow through, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. United Legal has been nothing but a waste of time, money, and emotional energy.
