I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached for assistance with an immigration process for a family member. The individual I dealt with (Rosanna) initially claimed to have no involvement with the case, even though my family had paid her directly to handle the paperwork. She later stated that her business had taken over from a previous office and was not responsible for past clients, which seemed misleading.

When I tried to clarify the situation and remind her of the agreement, I was blocked from communication, and no further assistance was provided. This lack of accountability and professionalism is concerning. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when seeking services here.
