A significant advantage to buying this property over others was the the access I was granted for inspections, quotes and measurements for the renovations and repairs I needed to undertake. These earlier inspections proved valid as we are just moving in the week before Christmas.

We had lots of questions and needed a bit of help getting to the end of the sale and Shane went out of his way to help us - answering all our questions and liaising with the vendor. There was another agent selling the house and they couldn't really be bothered answering our questions with other properties in the area.
