This business is totally unethical. They failed to collect a large sum of money ($17,000+) that I had engaged them for. I paid them for their attempts. Months later when I managed personally to recover a final sum of $3,000 through small claims court, they sent me an invoice for a portion of the money that I recovered!
I refused to pay, so they took me to small claims court. The business representative at the court hearing was not even able to make a decision on behalf of the company for any negotiations. The claim was discontinued, however they used their position as a debt collection agency to record an unpaid debt of $500 against our company. This was 3 years ago and it continues to show up on our equifax report. I have contacted upper class collections and asked them to remove it but they refused.

I was met by an employee named Lynn at my door. She knocked so hard I'm surprised the glass didn't break. When I opened the door, I was verbally abused, subsequently infantilised and called names for keeping her waiting. She also chose to mock me in regards to a confidential case that she had obviously taken it upon herself to read. When I attempted to make a complaint I was abused again by another member of staff working for the company. 0/10, would not recommend.

Will never recommend them to anyone. They don't even read their clients documents and only work via internet.
Piece of garbage and very unprofessional set of people. A $5,040,000 claim amount was changed to $5,640 by their supposed to be office manager ( what a shame)
