Every time a package gets delivered, there’s ALWAYS an issue. Several times it’s happened and we have given them the benefit of the doubt hoping it was just due to actual post delivery not being helpful, however that’s not the case. Myself and my partner have started having our packages delivered to another post office that actually have an idea and can communicate with its customers appropriately, since doing this we’ve never been spoken down to by staff or made to feel like it’s our fault their has been an issue with the delivery service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Omgosh the ladies at the newsagent at the plaza Upper Ross are just amazing they help me out every week with my dad's lotto. And when i have to send parcels down to Brisbane always lovely. helpful. Nothing is eva a problem from the lotto to the post office to banking you can do there.they have just about everything you need.
