I prefer not to write negative reviews (though to potentially save other clients from the inadequate quality of service and under-performance I experienced) I am compelled to provide this review so others' can be more fully informed.

Unfortunately, Urban Family Lawyers provided an extremely poor standard of service and overall performance. This failed to improve over time – despite numerous discussions and requests to address. Eventually the standard of service and performance was at such a level the services were terminated, and another firm of lawyers engaged. Very soon after the matter was shortly, and much more efficiently settled.

I hope this performance review can provide other potential clients with a more informed insight on Urban Family Lawyers service and performance, especially when having to settle slightly trickier matters with a strong law firm on the other side – as it was in this situation that Urban Family Lawyers really struggled.

For simple and straightforward matters, they may be acceptable. For matters with any degrees of complexity, or requiring stronger commercial and negotiation skills - unfortunately Urban Family Lawyers cannot be recommended. Please kindly be aware and informed.
