There appears to be a lot of companies within this industry but none of them seem to be able to cover with 100% accuracy the fields of services that VA Sciences offer.
I cannot recommend them highly enough, their professionalism, dedication to quality control and accuracy, focus on satisfactory solutions and even education to us about best practices and managing the solutions of our situation has been impeccable.
We found ourselves in extremely unusual circumstances with arsenic contamination and as a family with 3 young children, VA Sciences has managed to give us peace of mind that we will actually be able to move forward through the terrible circumstances we are in.

I used VA Sciences to conduct a Meth Lab Assessment on my house. I am renting and had a suspicion that my house was previously used as a meth lab. Their service is not cheap, but I received an extremely thorough assessment which gave me the tools and advice to help me deal with the situation. Their professionalism was seriously impressive.

Total waste of money! We had an assessment done on our house (so this review is residential only - commercial may be different). We asked specifically for a mould review and to find the sources. They sent a carpenter who did not go into the roof space we said was leaking and did not look at the leaking pipes under the house we told them about. Did not take one photo or write one word of notes for their report they said would be good enough for court action against the landlord. They also got the results wrong. Said mould was worse outside so it was OK (we run a HEPA filter 24/7) but we found out ourselves later the TYPES of mould inside were specific to a water damaged house and linked to health issues. He lifted obviously mould affected carpet (without wearing PPE) and sent me into a coughing fit. Said the house was safe. Then the carpenter gave us medical advice about living in the house without knowing our history. STAY AWAY.
