Wendy was great. Had emergency appointment in the end of December 2023 and all other dentist in the region where on holidays but Vasse dentists fit me in, lost my tooth though but by my own stupidity. Wendy though was supper professional, straight forward and really nice. Will recommend her to anyone. Such a shame im moving to Perth in couple of months and got to find another dentist. And Wendy please keep that chook stress ball close because it’s great especially for a person who is afraid of dentists. Love your work 🙂

I have a real phobia about going to the dentist, one reason being the norm, needles, drill etc, the other that I’m going to be royally ripped off! I visited Ruan yesterday and honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, he was thorough, very knowledgeable about an unusual medical ailment I have, gentle, considerate and by doing a little work on a night guard that didn’t fit after implants being put in, fitted perfectly and saved me a lot of money, I really hope he’s not going anywhere soon, he will, for sure, be my regular dentist from now on…oh and the receptionist is really lovely too…

Unprofessional service. My daughter was in pain, they took x-ray and doctor said she didn't capable to help. They just did referral.
I need to find any available dental clinic to help my daughter as soon as possible - it was a Southwest Dentist Bunbury, where they was professional and so sweet to treat my daughter with care.

I had a big and difficult filling attended to by Wendy a couple of weeks ago. Wendy did an amazing job. As soon as my feeling returned, the filled tooth just felt right. It took ages to do but Wendy was really pleasant, very calming and highly professional. More work still to be done and it is good to know my teeth are in such good hands.

I was in desperate need of a diagnosis for an extremely painful tooth ache i had endured for 3 days over the weekend.

I was fortunate enough to manage to secure an appointment with Tim on Monday morning.

Within a very short time he had diagnosed the problem, offered 3 solutions and had me relaxed in the knowledge he was going to help me out of a terrible situation.

To Tim and his staff I offer my most sincere thanks for their warmth, attitude of care and exceptional dental care.

I will most definitely return to them in the future for any dental care I require.

As like most people, I don't enjoy going to the Dentist. But I have to say my experience with Tim was very positive. Dr Tim Steven was aware of my concerns, clearly explained all my options and dealt with a damaged tooth there and then, continually keeping me informed what was going on and immediately responding to my concerns. Both my wife and Sister-in-law recommended Tim and so do I.

Went in for a toothache, was told it was a simple filling that could be done then and there. Went in the day after complaining of pain when I bite down/chew- was told it was most likely bruising. I didn’t think that sounded right so went to another dentist. We tried a crown and everything, the pain when biting down was still there. 5 months later and not being able to eat on one side of my mouth I have had my tooth removed at another dental practice.

I never had any pain or problems prior to my filling at Vasse dental.

I had the best experience, I got a root canal done with Wendy and Taliah and it's the most relaxed I have ever felt at a dentist. Professional and they did a fantastic job. Wonderful practice and lovely receptionist. Definitely coming back for future appointments.
