My property was on the market for 6 years, Sandra was there from start to finish. She was super friendly, approachable and answered my many questions. The whole team was lovely. Despite having many buyers unable to get finance they never got annoyed. They were super supportive and excited for me when it finally exchanged. Sandra from Velocity Conveyancing was a real pleasure to deal with. She helped us right through from contract review right through to exchange of contract. She made sure that we had secured finance before having us sign the contract. She was very thorough with the review as well.

Her colleague, Mitchell took over in the last part of settlement where he was great, ensuring that everything went through smoothly.

We especially liked their 3 contract review for a single price quite good. We previously tried to go for an Auction that went straight over our price bracket but we didn't feel like the contract review was wasted because we used it for the second property, which we ended up buying.

I recently bought a unit in Canberra and used Velocity to do the conveyancing. We live in Sydney so everything had to be done over the phone and using email. The whole process was painless and I found Jason and Sandra to be very helpful and efficient. All emails were answered rapidly and phone calls were returned immediately. Costs were reasonable and we will certainly use them again if we decide to upgrade in future.
