Would 100% not recommend.

Multiple breaches of privacy .
Despite numerous clear requests to remove non-relevant parties from correspondents, they repeatedly included those parties in sensitive communication.

Asked to complete the same forms multiple times (email records to show)
Asked three times to complete identity verifications, which are tedious once involving submission of birth cert, licence etc.
Also tax forms. eventually accepting the same forwarded version!

Communication was poor. They make it intentionally difficult to actually reach your listed solicitor, using what seemed like a third-party admin service.

Communication with actual solicitor often felt unempathetic, uncaring and uninterested.

If we weren't also dealing with a fantastic solicitor regarding the purchase of our new home, we wouldnt be sure if this was normal.

Would go anywhere else.
