The experience of the purchase of the house was actually seamless, however customer service was sub par, and I found myself chasing up VIC Legal via phone call or email most times. As a first home buyer I felt that I was doing most of the heavy lifting myself and missed any timelines to negotiate the contract as I seemed to have fallen into the background of their services.
