Had a really disappointing experience with Vicland Conveyancing. Sema, who was handling the vendor side, was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Communication was a nightmare. She ignored emails and calls from our conveyancer till the last minute, which made the settlement unnecessarily stressful and difficult. Dealing with this company was frustrating from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend steering clear of them if you’re looking for a smooth and professional settlement experience.

Sema has since threatened legal action for this review. She has been aggressively calling all parties involved this morning to get me to remove this review, and has refused to pass on vital communications.

Yesterday I thought she was simply incompetent, but today I realise she is both incompetent and malicious. Stay away from this vile specimen at all costs!

If she does take legal action, I can easily prove the claims in court, and I’ll update the review with the outcome.

I’m not sure if there are others working here who are better, but Sema has got to be the least competent conveyancer in Melbourne.

She managed to miss key details on a 2-page council order, and then tried to question my integrity instead of owning her mistakes.

If she can’t be thorough with a two-page council order, would you want her working on a contract of sale for your property?

Very happy with Sema she’s professional knows what she’s doing. I had advises from few conveyancers in regards of changing my home title, the only thing they advised me with is that I should be selling my property instead of wasting money on stamp duty and that could cost me a fortune. I called Sema she was the only one said that I will be able to change the title and it cost me way less than what I was expecting.
